A few testimonials...."Good morning, Erin (she had a private party at my house). Thanks for thinking of me when you invited guests to your evening with Marguerite. It was great fun and very inspiring! I would not have spent the time or money on a "cooking class" without your invitation, and now I have decided I need to do it at least once a year. It was like going to spa for my cooking skills! Thank you, again." - Peggy
"Wanted to let you know that after I saw you at The King’s English (just before your NYC trip and the Martha appearance) and bought a copy of Small Plates, I went home and read the book cover to cover over the weekend. LOVED it and felt like I was having a conversation with you and could almost hear your voice as I relished the recipes, the layouts and your accompanying comments. You really do an awesome job of bringing your knowledge and enthusiasm into your cookbooks and making the details come alive. So thank you, this is a wonderful collection made even better by the touches of your personality that come through. Just great!!" - Megg
Hi, Marguerite:
Just a note to say how much I enjoyed your class on Contemporary Southwest Cooking. If I had to choose a favorite among the well-constructed menu items, it would be the salad (and I'm not usually a "salad person"). Most of all, you entertained questions - no matter how basic - with grace and humor. I only started cooking a few years ago, and really needed your inspiration! Thanks again, Amy O'Grady
From Missy Longo in Omaha after giving my books as a gift: "Been meaning to tell you how much I LOVE the cookbooks that you gave me last year. I have seriously made so many of the recipes. I just made the Chocolate Almond Mousse cake for Scott’s birthday, and the Blueberry Pecan Coffee Cake for coffee clutch. Not to mention the Parmesan Potatoes and Peppercorn Goat Cheese appetizer I made last month. Everything is awesome! You’ll have to pass along the kudos to your girlfriend’s Mom. They really are the first books I look through for recipes, and new things to try for company etc.." Contact Marguerite via email:
